Student Registration

Welcome to Weaver Union School District! WUSD serves over 3,000 students in Merced through our two elementary schools, middle school, and Preschool Program.

Please use the link below to register your child if you are new to WUSD.

*You will need a personal email address to register your child.

Before you start, please have the following documents ready to upload: 

  • Your child's birth certificate

  • Immunization records

  • Dental records (TK - 1st grade only)

  • Physical exam records (TK - 1st grade only)

  • Proof of residence 

  • Parent(s)/Guardian(s) ID(s)

Elibile Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students must be 5 years old between September 2, 2024 - June 2, 2025.

Eligible Kindergarten students must be 5 years old before September 1, 2024

Eligible Preschool students must be 3 years old before December 1, 2024

Once your registration has been received and processed the appropriate school site will contact you. Once you have submitted the registration, you will not be able to edit this form. Please let the school office if/when you would to update your information. 

If your child is currently enrolled and you need to update their information, please login in to the Aeries Parent Portal.

It is important to keep your contact information updated. We use this information to reach out to you about your child's progress, events, and other important updates.

Preschool Program

There are preschool classes located on each of our elementary school campuses.

Preschool registration must be completed in person. Packets are available in English and Spanish at the District Office located at 1240 D Street, Merced, California 95341.
