Dear Weaver Parents and Guardians,

On behalf of the Weaver Union School District Board of Trustees, staff and administration, I am proud to welcome you to the 2023-24 school year. I hope that your summer was relaxing and filled with rewarding family time!

Whether this is your child’s first year in our school district or their last before graduation, we are confident you and your child will have a very positive year with us!  The Weaver Union School District prides itself on being an amazing district filled with a diverse range of opportunities for students to pursue and participate in.  Each of our students brings a special talent, gift or skill to our school district and I hope that we are able to help support them in their educational journey. 

Over the past couple of years, we have dedicated additional resources to support your student’s emotional health and well-being as we know that safe, happy, and healthy students are more likely to achieve academically.  The additional investments we have made in quality support staff is an investment in our shared futures and community.

Our mission is to provide a strong and well-rounded foundation for each student to achieve their full potential.  While we are committed to this mission, it takes a village!  You, as parents and guardians, have a significant role in this effort.  Together we make a strong team!  As a team member, we encourage you to be involved in your child’s education.  Please do not hesitate to get in touch with the schools.

 En nombre de la Mesa Directiva, el personal y la administración del Distrito Escolar Weaver Union, me enorgullece darles la bienvenida al año escolar 2023-24. ¡Espero que su verano haya sido relajante y lleno de tiempo familiar gratificante!

 Ya sea que este sea el primer año de su hijo en nuestro distrito escolar o el último antes de graduarse, ¡estamos seguros de que usted y su hijo tendrán un año muy positivo con nosotros! El Distrito Escolar de Weaver Union se enorgullece de ser un distrito increíble lleno de una amplia serie de oportunidades para que los estudiantes busquen y participen. Cada uno de nuestros estudiantes aporta un talento, don o habilidad especial a nuestro distrito escolar y espero que podamos ayudarlos en su viaje educativo.

 En los últimos dos años, hemos dedicado recursos adicionales para apoyar la salud emocional y el bienestar de su estudiante, ya que sabemos que los estudiantes seguros, felices y saludables tienen más probabilidades de lograr logros académicos. Las inversiones adicionales que hemos realizado en personal de apoyo de calidad son una inversión en nuestro futuro compartido y en nuestra comunidad.

 Nuestra misión es proporcionar una base sólida y completa para que cada estudiante alcance su máximo potencial. Estamos comprometidos con esta misión, pero necesita un pueblo! Ustedes, como padres y tutores, tienen un papel importante en este esfuerzo. ¡Juntos hacemos un equipo fuerte! Como miembro del equipo, lo animamos a que se involucre en la educación de su hijo.
