Any writings or documents that are public records and are provided to a majority of the Governing Board regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Weaver Union School District Office located at 1240 D Street, Merced, CA, during normal business hours. Prior to the meeting, access full packets at weaverusd.org.

Student and/or student family directory information and Board Meeting Minutes: Upon request, a student who is age 18 or older, or the parent/guardian of a student, may request in writing to the Secretary or Clerk of the Board, their directory or personal information be withheld from Board Meeting minutes.
