While we are working on creating our COVID-19 dashboard to keep parents informed of the latest COVID-19 information at the Weaver Union School District, we wanted to give you a quick update!
As of September 17, 2021, our dedicated District Nurse and Medical Aides have performed over 2,300 BinaxNOW Rapid Antigen tests. Out of those 2,300 tests ONLY 55 positive cases were confirmed.
From September 3 - September 17, 2021 our medical staff performed 378 tests with a positivity rate of 2.41% for the entire Weaver Union School District.
Overall, since testing began in March 2021, our student positivity rate is 2.50% and our staff positivity rate is 2.30%. For comparison, the current Merced County positivity rate is 10.20% as of September 27, 2021.
